Below you can find all the information you need about shipping options and delivery timelines.
Once you place an order, you can follow your order along with the tracking information sent via email. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
1. Shipping Time
While we do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, the standard processing time is 24 hours, with daily cut offs at 2:00pm.
Free standard shipping is available for all US orders with eligible products, and orders. Free shipping is indicated on product pages when available.
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days, and Express delivery is 1-3 days business days.
International orders (Outside the US) are not eligible for free shipping.
1.1 United States Shipping time
You can choose your delivery type at checkout. Delivery is handled using the following carriers: UPS, FedEx & DHL.
Once your order has shipped out from our warehouses, it cannot be cancelled. You can however return it for a full refund upon reception. Please read about our Return and Refunds Policy for more information.
1.2 International Shipping time
The Standard shipping time for international orders is 8-15 business days. International orders are all orders shipped outside the United States.
Please note that orders might get delayed and be held at customs. In that case, standard shipping might exceed 15 days. We appreciate your cooperation as we do not have control on international shipping.
International shipping costs are born by the customer and are calculated at checkout for eligible countries. You might also be required to pay taxes and custom fees depending on your country regulation. If yes, you will have to pay this separately.
2. Returns and Exchange
Once your order has shipped out from our warehouses, it cannot be cancelled. You can however return it for a full refund upon reception. Please read about our Return and Refunds Policy for more information.
2.1 Returns and Exchange for The United States
All eligible Bloomy® U.S. orders can be returned within 60 days of purchase date. Return fees are yours to handle. Bloomy® can help you with a return label, and in this case you will be charged $9.99 to cover part of the return cost. This will be deducted from your total refund amount.
2.2 Returns and Exchange for International Orders
All Bloomy® international orders are final regardless of the issues. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will refund you fully for your purchase. Your original shipping fees, taxes, and customs fees are not refundable.
