United States Orders
All eligible U.S.Ā ordersĀ can beĀ returned within 60 days of purchase date.Ā Return fees are yours to handle.Ā

International Orders
All international orders are final regardless of the issues. These orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-StoreĀ Orders
Purchases made in retailĀ stores, should be returnedĀ to the sameĀ store you bought it from with a valid ticket.Ā ContactĀ us out if you have any questions. We will be happy to provide guidance on the store return policy.
Products non eligible for returns
We strive to provide you with the best customer support.Ā The following products aren't eligible for returns:

Bloomy products bought in retail stores:Ā These can be directly returned at the store you purchased them from.

Outlet products:Ā Bloomy products tagged as "outlet", "liquidation", or "mega discounts" are final and cannot be returned. These are usually end of series or products we will not sell anymore in the future.

Products returned without packaging:Ā Products need to be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags included, else they won't qualify for a refund. If you have doubts about the actual state of the packaging, please attach a photograph of the product/package in your refund request and our customer support will help you assess it.

Products returned with damaged packaging: We always suggest to return your bloomy orders packaged in an outer box to protect it from damages.

Bloomy products without tags/labels:Ā Products returned withoutĀ inner our outer labels (You removed/cut) are not refundable.

Your original payment method is credited with the refund amount
Please note that although we strive to make the return process as smooth and fast as possible, it may take up to 10 days for your refund to show in your bank account. This depends of the processing time of your bank.
3. Exchanges
At the moment, we do not provide exchanges. Such you want another size or color, you will have to return your original order, and replace a new order for the product you desire. Our customer support team can help you with the whole process to make it as frictionless as possible for you <3
